 Prepare annual work plans and budgets, in coordination with Gaza Strip Municipalities. Pcu is a unit in gaza related to MOLG and that is responsible for monitering and coordinates implementation of worldbank Projects.Prepare and monitor annual Projects procurement planes and manage the procurement process, assist in the selection of Consultants provide Consultant TOR`s oversee consultant contracts, arrange the calling of bids, evaluations and awarding related to the projects, Provide Technical assistance and procurement Advice while pcu always being a member in any procurement process in gaza strip municipalities.Pcu project team has conducted indepth assessments of the institutional frameworks which bear on the business community and civil society in Palestine. The results of these studies indicate that economic growth and good governance in Palestine remains severely constrained by main sets of obstacles, namely, Israeli closure policies so our rule is implementation of projects that provide capacity building for communities financed by world bank and all other international institutions.
